Orders will be shipped via Sagawa Express.

Nationwide flat rate: 800 JPY
Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 1,500 JPY

Free shipping for purchases over 20,000 JPY
*For Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, a shipping fee of 700 JPY will be charged even for purchases over 20,000 JPY.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

[Regular Items]
・Orders placed by noon → Shipped on the same day
・Orders placed after noon → Shipped on the next business day

*Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
*Orders placed after noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday

If You Are Not Available at the Time of Delivery

If you are not available, the delivery company will leave a delivery notice.
Please arrange a redelivery date with the delivery company and receive your package within the available redelivery period.
If you do not contact the delivery company listed on the delivery notice, or if there is an error in the shipping address, the package will be returned to us.

Combined Shipping for Multiple Orders

We do not offer a service to combine additional or multiple orders after the order has been completed.
Please check your order details and quantities on the confirmation screen before completing your order.

Cooling-off Period

The cooling-off system applies to door-to-door sales.
Sales on this website are classified as mail-order sales accessed by customers, and the cooling-off system does not apply. Thank you for your understanding.
