Cancellation after order placement

・Request to combine with another order

Once an order is completed, preparations for shipping, inventory allocation, and payment processing will proceed.

Returns

Return eligibility

We will only accept returns if you contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, different from image).

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

・Missing tags or accessories
・More than 7 days have passed since arrival
・Stains, damage, or odors (including washing)

Regarding exchanges: After confirming the returned item, we will ship the exchange item.

Shipping costs

In the event of defects or incorrect delivery, we will bear the shipping costs.

Refusal to receive / Long-term absence

A cancellation fee will be charged for returns due to long-term absence or refusal to receive.
