Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept inquiries regarding returns and exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please review the return and exchange conditions and contact us through the inquiry form.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, including ordering the wrong size, differences in product image, ordering the wrong color, or placing an incorrect order.
Cases Where Returns and Exchanges Are Accepted
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases.
・If the product is defective
・If you received an item different from your order
If any of the above applies, please contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
For confirmation, we may ask you to provide the following information.
・Order number
・Product name, color, and size of the applicable item
・Photos showing the defective area or the difference from the ordered item
・Photos showing the product tags, accessories, and packaging condition
Cases Where Returns and Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted
However, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases.
・Products that have been used, even once
・Products that we determine cannot be resold based on our company standards
・Products with product tags or price tags removed or lost
・Products for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery
・Products with wrinkles, scratches, damage, odors, stains, or other issues caused by the customer
・Products that have been washed, cleaned, repaired, altered, or processed
・Products with damaged or soiled shoe boxes or product outer boxes, including cases where a shipping label has been attached directly to the box
・Products missing the original bag, shoe box, product box, or accessories such as warranty cards, spare buttons, hangers, etc.
・Products ordered from stores or websites other than this site
・Sale items
・Products returned without prior notice
Handling of Defective Products and Incorrect Deliveries
If the product is defective or if you receive an item different from your order, we will review the details of your inquiry and the photos provided, and determine whether we can proceed with the requested support.
After confirming the condition of the product, inventory status, and details of the defect, we will determine whether to proceed with an exchange or refund.
If the same item is out of stock, if an exchange is difficult, or if we determine that the same issue may occur again, we may proceed with a refund instead.
Please note that support for defective products does not necessarily guarantee an exchange. Depending on the situation, the matter may be completed with a refund.
Confirmation of Defective Areas
In order to handle defective product claims smoothly, we generally ask customers to submit photos showing the defective area.
If it is difficult to determine the issue from photos alone, we may ask you to return the product so that we can inspect its condition and inform you of the appropriate response.
If photos are not submitted, or if the defective area cannot be confirmed, we may be unable to provide support.
Shipping of Exchange Items
In the case of an exchange due to a defective product, as a general rule, the replacement item will be shipped after the returned product has arrived at our company and its condition has been confirmed.
However, only when we determine it necessary, we may ship the replacement item before receiving the returned product.
In such cases, the product in your possession must still be returned using the method specified by our company.
If the product is not returned, we may charge you for the replacement item.
Return Method and Shipping Fees
In the case of defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the shipping fees required for the return and reshipment.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions regarding the return address and return method.
As a general rule, please return the item cash on delivery to the address specified by our company.
When returning the item, please include the product tags, accessories, delivery note, and other included items, and package the item carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
If you wish to return the item using a method other than the one specified by our company, please contact us in advance.
If the item is returned without prior notice, we may be unable to accept the package or cover the shipping fees.
Refunds
If a refund is issued, we will refund the product price and any applicable shipping fees.
Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used at the time of order.
Depending on the processing status of the payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to appear.
Once the refund has been completed, the matter regarding the applicable order will be considered closed.
