  • Precautions when ordering

  1. Please note that depending on the timing, there is a risk that the order may be canceled due to the product being out of stock.
  2. Some items are imported. Since the inspection standards are different from those made in Japan, there may be slight stains or scratches even on new and unused items.
  3. The color of the product may differ slightly from the actual product depending on the screen of your smartphone.
  4. We cannot accept exchanges or returns due to customer preferences, such as image differences or size exchanges.
  • Cancellation/return/exchange

If there is a defect in the delivered product, or if you receive a product that clearly differs from what you ordered, we will issue a refund. However, please note that we cannot accept refunds or exchanges in the following cases.

  1. If more than 3 days have passed since the product arrived
  2. In the case of customer-related reasons such as wrong order, wrong size, wrong image, etc.
  3. As some products are made to order, we do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience, regardless of "before or after shipment".
  4. Regarding the color change after purchase, we will arrange shipping immediately after ordering, so we do not accept it in principle.
    *Reserved items are also prohibited as they are made to order.

  • Refusal to receive and long-term absence

Please note that we will charge a cancellation fee for long-term absence cancellations and refusal to receive after shipment.
